Kap2ure’s Crown Photo Studio, nestled in the heart of Crown Industrial Park, in Baltimore’s Highlandtown arts district, is a space meticulously designed to unleash your creative potential.

This photo studio gives you complete lighting control as our large industrial windows receive indirect sun light the entire day. You can get moody, or airy shots in our large 1,400 square ft studio. Complete with a baby grand piano, 5 different photo studio scenes and endless possibilities. There is no internet in our unit. So if you were to use it for Live streaming we recommend cell bonding. This studio can be used for photo shoots set up, to create content, for portrait sessions, film Production sets, music videos, and even band rehearsals. Baltimore’s Crown Industrial Park

Location: 4401 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21224

Hours of Operation: Open 7 Days a week 7am - 8pm

Parking Options: Free on-site parking. You can park anywhere except where there is a loading dock.

Space: 1,400 sq ft of usable space

Amenities: Large industrial windows, Baby grand piano, 5 differnet photo scenes, white wall backdrop, tables, chairs, restroom outside entry door, changing room inside the studio, grass wall, props and decor

Max amount of guests: 10

Wifi: This location does not offer Wifi access, we recommend Hotspot or Cell Bonding

General Rules: No smoking, No using our equipment, No more than 10 people allowed, No shooting outside of the unit, No shooting in the parking lot, If you move something, put it back. Respect our space as if it were your own.

**Space not suitable for interviews as we have no audio control with woodworker neighbors and loud industrial trains**

  • Great space with many options for shots and props. Friendly and helpful management who helped us through our booking. You'll have to go up a couple flights of stairs, and the space (to my knowledge) is not ADA friendly, so you'll want to be prepared to help anyone in your party who has trouble with stairs. That's no fault of the people who manage this space though. The building, which they do not own, is old. We had a great experience here.

Kap2ure Film Studios opened its first location at Crown Industrial Park in the Highlandtown’s Arts District in 2021. The following year, their dedication and hard work was recognized by receiving the Maryland Project Restore grant, enabling them to secure a second location at the once abandoned Baltimore Pumphouse in East Baltimore. Working with giants like Amazon, Netflix, and HBO, Kap2ure Film Studios is on track to becoming a leading name in Baltimore’s film production industry.
